A hands-on IT builder who thrives owning systems end-to-end and automating manual work away. You have strong ownership and judgment and love staying close to hard technical problems.

Requirements

• 4+ years in IT engineering, IT operations, systems administration, endpoint engineering, or identity engineering
• Administered Okta or comparable identity provider as owner including SSO, groups, app assignments and lifecycle workflows
• Hands-on with modern MDM such as Workspace ONE including provisioning, configuration enforcement, patching and encryption
• Strong Google Workspace administration and macOS endpoint depth
• Built or improved operational workflows, automation, reporting, or internal controls
• Excellent writer with clear technical documentation and stakeholder communication
• Strong ownership and judgment with ability to prioritize under ambiguity
