Requirements

• Experience in a closely related role supporting a product team such as chief of staff, product program management, or product strategy and operations
• Designed a product team's operating cadence from scratch at a scaling company
• Strong writer producing clear templates, updates, plans, and documentation
• Data fluent defining metrics and working in BI tools, able to judge trustworthy numbers (SQL a plus)
• Technical credibility with engineers in a developer-focused, engineering-led organization
• Able to influence without authority in a high-autonomy culture
• AI-native, using AI tools heavily in own work and helping others adopt them
