Requirements

• 8+ years in product management at senior or staff level, ideally owning developer-facing infrastructure or platform product

• Infrastructure product sense with reliability and performance at scale as core focus
• Cross-functional influence through clarity, trust, and judgment in autonomous engineering culture
• Clear writing and communication across board-level strategy and detailed technical discussion
• Comfort with ambiguity, ruthless prioritization, and moving quickly without perfect information
