Requirements

• 5+ years in startup programs, ecosystem or platform partnerships, developer growth, or GTM
• Built a program from scratch including criteria, terms, and messaging
• Able to structure partner agreements and manage external relationships
• Technically credible to discuss architecture with founders
• Operationally rigorous to run accurate monthly cycles
