Requirements

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field; Ph.D. preferred
• Strong background in generative AI with expertise in video generation, image processing and multimodal architectures
• 5+ years delivering technical projects across cross-functional groups and external partners
• Proven track record originating novel ideas and executing rapid prototyping
• Experience writing clean, high-performance, scalable code for research pipelines
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring researchers and engineers
