Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related field with 3+ years relevant experience
- Relevant experience with optical module and/or lidar assembly
- Experience or knowledge of optical sensors, optical device packaging or optical module assembly
- Experience with assembly process integration, process flow design and continuous improvement
- Expertise in SolidWorks drawings, mechanical simulation and thermal simulation
- Project management capability and experience
- Experience working with foundries, OSATs, assembly houses, PCBA fabs and contract manufacturers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
