Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related field with 3+ years relevant experience
- Experience with optical module and/or lidar assembly and optical device packaging
- Expertise in SolidWorks drawings, mechanical and thermal simulation
- Experience with assembly process integration and continuous improvement
- Project management experience and ability to own projects independently
- Experience working with foundries, OSATs and contract manufacturers
