Requirements

• Experience leading complex, customer-facing technical projects in robotics or adjacent field
• Ability to navigate customer organizations to reach buyer, budget and decision process
• Technical fluency to discuss tradeoffs credibly with engineers
• Commercial judgment to build business cases and qualify out unfunded projects
• Comfort holding cross-functional teams accountable to scope, milestones and budget
• Track record of delivering funded projects that converted to production purchases
