A field-oriented builder who thrives on physical systems and customer ownership, comfortable debugging anything to unblock a deployment. You love being on site, explaining clearly, and turning real-world lessons into better product.

Requirements

• Experience in forward-deployed, solutions, or field engineering role, ideally with physical systems
• Writes production-quality Python, comfortable in Linux, able to read C++
• Familiar with ROS 2, Docker, and networking
• Proven ability to debug field issues across software, hardware, network, and environment
• Strong customer-facing communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• High ownership mindset with bias to unblock customers quickly
• Uses AI as a collaborator in day-to-day work
