Highlights

  • Own agent platform that designs, trains, and deploys humanoid robots.
  • Build the coding-agent equivalent for robotics on open-source Asimov.
  • Ship weekly to real hardware across research, design, and deployment.

Ideal candidate

Deeply technical builder who helped ship a coding agent, prototypes hands-on, and owns outcomes end to end. Curious systems thinker eager to learn robotics fast and define autonomous physical-world workflows that ship to real robots.

Requirements

  • Built and shipped capabilities for a coding agent such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Devin, or Lovable as a PM, engineer, or technical founder
  • Deep understanding of agent systems including planning, tool use, context and state management, execution, verification, and recovery
  • Hands-on ability to navigate codebases, prototype agent workflows, integrate tools, and investigate failures via code and traces
  • Track record improving agent reliability via evaluations, telemetry, and user feedback to raise completion and reduce intervention
  • Strong product judgment for autonomous workflows including delegation, inspection, intervention, and error recovery
  • Ability to learn new technical domains fast and make informed product decisions with specialists
  • Ownership of outcomes from vision to focused releases with measurable acceptance criteria with technical users
