Product Quality Engineer

A hands-on quality owner who thrives on the factory floor and chases failures to root cause. You care about shipping reliable hardware at volume and holding both design and CM partners to a high bar.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product, supplier, or manufacturing quality owning final assembly and test at a CM/EMS partner
• Direct experience taking product through EVT/DVT/PVT into mass production
• Strong yield analysis and defect reduction with root-cause discipline
• Hands-on ownership of final inspection and outgoing quality, AQL, limit samples, lot acceptance
• Fluency in 8D, FMEA, SPC, control plans, FAI, MRB/non-conformance handling
• Able to read mechanical drawings and GD&T, electrical schematics, and test specs
• Strong communication and influence to hold CM accountable across engineering and supplier
• Willingness to travel to and work on-site at manufacturing partners
