Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
- 4+ years as sales engineer, solutions engineer, solutions architect, or technical account executive at enterprise B2B software company
- Track record closing and expanding six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with technical buyers
- Hands-on coding ability - can read PRs, write scripts, and discuss model failures on real code
- Familiarity with LLM training and evaluation (SFT, RLHF, coding benchmarks) or strong drive to learn quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication with researchers and executives
