Requirements
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite, Partner, or MD-level leaders in consulting, banking, VC/PE, or top-tier tech
- Demonstrated excellence managing complex calendaring and multi-party scheduling across time zones
- High polish with strong external communication with senior stakeholders and client executive assistants
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Calm, low-ego, service-oriented
- Comfortable with long hours
- Track record of longevity in prior roles and strong references from executives
- Based in San Francisco and prepared to be in-office Monday through Friday
