Requirements

• 6+ years of experience spanning data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, growth engineering, revenue operations, or similarly technical role with track record building reliable systems in high-growth environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with excellent technical fundamentals and ability to work across modern data and AI infrastructure
• Experience building data pipelines, integrating APIs, and designing reliable workflows across business systems
• Strong intuition for go-to-market operations and ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
• Experience working with modern data warehouses, orchestration tools, and BI platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Looker, Hex, or similar)
• Builder's instinct: take ownership of ambiguous problems, move quickly, and know when to build for speed versus long-term scale
• Excellent communication skills partnering with marketing, revenue, operations, and engineering teams
• Experience thriving in fast-moving, high-growth environments
