Requirements
- 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM roles including AEs, Data Acquisition, Growth
- Fluency in GTM hiring signals: quota attainment, deal-cycle ownership, territory dynamics, consultative selling
- Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems and make data-driven decisions
- High-motor, outcome-oriented approach suited to hypergrowth
- Strong communication skills working with GTM leadership and cross-functional partners
- Familiarity with Ashby or ability to quickly adopt new tools
