Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM roles - AEs, Data Acquisition, Growth and GTM Associates
- Fluency in GTM hiring signals: prospecting, deal-cycle, territory dynamics, sales motions
- Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems and make data-driven decisions
- High motor, outcome-oriented approach suited to hypergrowth
- Strong communication skills working with GTM leadership and cross-functional partners
- Confident representing the Mercor brand to top GTM candidates
- Familiarity with Ashby or ability to quickly adopt new tools
