Requirements

• 6+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales at an AI infrastructure, inference, or compute company
• Strong understanding of post-training, evaluations, and reinforcement learning with ability to work with ML engineers
• Experience developing referral or co-sell programs with technical partners
• Established relationships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem
• Track record of building new partnerships and generating revenue
