A highly organized, people-first operator with 3-5+ years running onboarding or People programs who loves fast-paced scaling environments and using data and AI to improve employee experience.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years hands-on program management in People programs, onboarding, L&D or People operations
• Ran company-wide onboarding or comparable recurring program across many teams
• Experience coordinating vendors, budgets and external facilitators
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail across several programs at once
• Ability to own high-volume, time-sensitive processes independently
• Comfort with data: surveys, completion analytics and spreadsheets
• Confident facilitator for new hires and managers
• Clear, warm writing for employees, managers and partners
• High urgency and ownership in fast-moving environment
• Fluent with AI tools and high discretion with confidential information
