Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in procurement operations or procure-to-pay support, including requisitions, purchase orders, and change orders
• Experience supporting vendor onboarding, vendor data, contract coordination, and employee helpdesk requests
• Deep familiarity with procurement/P2P tooling (e.g. Ramp, Ironclad, Zip, or similar) and a bias toward automation over manual work
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing pricing, entities, categories, and purchasing records; discretion with sensitive vendor and banking information
• Working knowledge of AP and payment processes, so you can hand off cleanly to AP and troubleshoot upstream issues
• Clear communication and strong organization, with ability to manage deadlines, coordinate cross-functional follow-ups, and train users
• Comfort working across procurement, ERP, contract management, and collaboration tools
• Experience working in fast-paced AI or hyper-growth technology environments
