Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, technical program management, or customer-facing technical role
- Prior background in SWE, ML, or DS strongly preferred
- Fluent in rubric design, inter-rater reliability, agentic harnesses, contamination and overfitting
- Able to publish neutral, precise, defensible results under scrutiny
- Track record building a product, program, or business line from nothing
- High ownership with ability to self-direct and align cross-functional stakeholders
