Requirements

• 2+ years in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or similar technical customer-facing role
• Familiar with coding agents and comfortable using SQL/Python without agent assistance
• Can break down large engineering problems into well-scoped roadmaps and hold technical conversations with AI researchers and engineers
• Thrives in ambiguous environments with ownership from problem definition through execution
• Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable weighing revenue upside against delivery cost and spotting account opportunities
• Strong project management, cross-functional communication and systems thinking with passion for repeatable solutions
