Requirements

• Experience in human data / AI data industry required, understanding RLHF, data annotation, evaluations and expert data operating models
• Comfortable with rapid organizational change, incomplete systems and ambiguous ownership
• Strong business judgment to separate symptoms from root causes and make clear recommendations
• High performance orientation, differentiating exceptional vs below-bar performance
• Excellent manager coach comfortable challenging experienced leaders
• Strong talent instinct for identifying high-trajectory talent and retention risk
• 0 to 1 builder who has created talent or organizational practices from scratch
• Operator mindset staying close to the work to ensure solutions work
• Direct and low-ego communicator
• Able to work from San Francisco office five days a week
