Requirements

• 8+ years of HRBP experience partnering with Engineering, Product or similarly technical organizations
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup
• Built and launched development, talent or manager programs from 0 to 1
• Excellent judgment for complex people situations with clear recommendations
• Ability to coach managers and challenge experienced leaders
• High performance orientation with focus on differentiation and addressing issues directly
• Operator mindset comfortable creating strategy and doing hands-on execution
• Low-ego and direct communication style that earns trust quickly
• Able to work from San Francisco office five days a week
