- 3-6+ years of professional experience
- Experience owning and delivering complex projects in fast-moving environments
- Experience managing people or coordinating stakeholders toward a shared goal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams
- Confidence working with customers and communicating progress and challenges
