Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer building and shipping production quality code
• Experience with open source languages such as PHP, Python, Android, Swift, Java, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience writing and shipping reliable, scalable, and efficient code with documentation and test plans
• Experience with software design and architecture
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time
• Experience contributing to open source projects, shared code repositories, and/or personal projects
• Experience working in highly collaborative environments
• Experience mentoring engineers on technical architecture and system design
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices
