Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with program management, project management, strategy, management consulting, or operations
• 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, director level and above as a program manager or Chief of Staff
• 3+ years of experience working embedded within engineering teams translating technical reviews to program management of product strategy or equivalent experience
• Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with business acumen
• Effective prose and clear presentations skills with a high level of craft
• Experience problem-solving individually and in a group setting
• Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing strategy projects that deliver results
• Experience operating autonomously and in a highly organized fashion to track top organization priorities, identify efficiencies and drive alignment across teams
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leadership to turn insights into actions
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience navigating business structures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
