Requirements

• 8+ years in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance or related field
• Manage and deliver time-sensitive, high-ambiguity projects across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Assess and triage novel or ambiguous product risks with no established policy or precedent
• Strong communication and cross-functional alignment navigating sensitive tradeoffs
• Familiarity with data flows, technical systems, and product risks and mitigations
• Track record influencing decisions and driving progress without formal authority
• Experience building or improving risk review, escalation, assessment or governance processes
• Strong judgment with competing priorities, incomplete information, and significant business/regulatory risk
• Experience using AI/automation to improve workflows, analysis and decision-making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort embracing ambiguity
