Ideal candidate

PhD researcher passionate about co-designing AI systems from models to silicon, motivated by large-scale real-world impact and collaboration across research and product teams to take ideas to production.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related technical field
• Proven research experience in computer architecture, operating systems, ML systems and kernels, ML compilers or related areas
• Hands-on proficiency with end-to-end AI hardware architecture and PPA optimization
• Theoretical background and practical experience with AI models such as Transformers, LLMs and recommendation models
• Experience in system-level performance analysis, profiling and benchmarking of AI workloads
• Experience in Python and at least one major AI framework
• Track record of publishing in peer-reviewed conferences or journals
