Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• 12+ years of research or applied-development experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence
• Recognized authority with breadth across multimodal learning, foundation models, efficient AI systems, or agentic AI
• Experience setting technical direction and leading complex initiatives adopted beyond immediate team
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating foundation-model systems such as LLMs or multimodal models
• Demonstrated success carrying research into shipped product capabilities, platforms, or open-source systems
• Sustained record of influential research via publications, artifacts, patents, or field impact
• Experience building cross-organizational collaborations and mentoring senior researchers or engineers
• Experience with Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
