Requirements

• Experience mentoring/influencing executive stakeholders across organizations
• Experience utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems
• Experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years of programming experience or 8+ years experience with a PhD
• Proven track record planning multi-year roadmap laddering to long-term mission
• Experience driving large cross-functional engineering efforts
• 8+ years building large-scale applications
• Experience improving quality through code reviews, testing, rollout and monitoring
