Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in systems, infrastructure or distributed systems
• 5+ years of engineering management experience delivering large-scale, high-reliability systems
• 2+ years managing other engineering managers or technical leaders
• Experience driving technical strategy and roadmap for complex, high-scale systems
• Experience building and operating reliable systems and holding SLA/SLO quality bars
• Experience scaling infrastructure, teams and processes for growing product demand
