Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP or related field
• Active faculty appointment or equivalent research position
• Publication record at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, RecSys
• Expertise in post-training, LLMs or agentic AI systems
• Experience with collaborative team-based research
• Available for full-time 12-month on-site or hybrid engagement
