Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping electromechanical hardware
• Demonstrated track record in mechanism design that works reliably in the real world
• Experience designing larger-scale structures such as frames, gantries or enclosures
• Proficiency in CAD (OnShape) for design, optimization, and system integration
• Strong rapid-prototyping experience, comfortable in the shop as at your desk
• Background in R&D environments with ambiguous, undefined problems
• Excellent creative problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working closely with a small cross-disciplinary team
