Requirements
- Highly proficient software engineer in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, Go, Java)
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, JAX) or distributed systems (e.g. Ray, Kubernetes)
- Ability to design complex software and make it usable in production
- Self-starter, autonomous and team player
- Experience training large transformer models in a distributed fashion
- Ability to navigate the full MLOps stack including fine-tuning, evaluation and deployment
- Strong publication record in a relevant scientific domain
