Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics or relevant discipline
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong software engineering in Python and/or C++ for production codebases
- Knowledge of robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2
- Experience with robot perception and state estimation, SLAM, mapping and planning
- Solid fundamentals in geometry, probability and estimation
- Familiarity with simulation tools like Isaac Sim or Gazebo
- Comfortable debugging autonomy stack on real hardware in field environments
