Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 5+ years in SRE, Production Engineering, or DevOps with record of shipping tooling
- Strong multi-tenant Kubernetes fluency at scale
- On-call discipline with incident response and blameless post-mortems
- Production observability experience
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible or equivalents
- Proficient in Python and/or Golang for tooling and automation
- Security mindset treating secure-SDLC and supply-chain integrity as reliability
- Strong written communication for runbooks and incident comms
- Comfortable with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Solid Linux internals, networking debug and distributed-systems fundamentals
