Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 2+ years as a technical individual contributor on AI-based products as a data scientist or software engineer
• Proven experience implementing AI/ML products with APIs and back-end and front-end interfaces
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, advanced RAG or agentic use cases
• Deep understanding of machine learning and LLM concepts and algorithms
• Strong coding skills in Python
• Strong communication skills explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Contributed to open-source projects, ideally in the LLM space
• Experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or Technical Product Manager
• Experience with deep learning using PyTorch
