Requirements
- Fluent in English and French
- PhD or master's in AI / data science
- 2+ years as technical IC on AI-based products
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs and tackling advanced RAG or agentic use cases
- Deep understanding of ML and LLM concepts and algorithms
- Experience building and deploying LLMs or NLP applications
- Experience implementing AI/ML products with APIs and back-end/front-end interfaces
- Strong Python coding skills
- Experience with deep learning in PyTorch
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain and vector DBs
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
