Requirements

• Fluent in English
• PhD or Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science or related field
• 7-8+ years experience in AI/ML with 2+ years in technical leadership for AI products or enterprise solutions
• Track record leading teams delivering complex AI projects from prototyping to production
• Deep expertise in LLM fine-tuning, advanced RAG, agentic systems and NLP deployment at scale
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face
• Strong software engineering skills including API design, backend/full-stack development and system architecture
• Excellent technical communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executives
