Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a legal field, with a strong preference for corporate law (M&A, banking, funds, or large corporate groups)
• Experience in a law firm (corporate/M&A/banking), investment fund, bank, or a large multinational group (e.g., CAC 40)
• Proven experience with KYC processes, questionnaires, and administrative certificates
• Strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection (GDPR) and judgment on what can be shared externally
• Hands-on experience with cap table management tools (Ledgy, Axiocap) or share register administration
• Familiarity with French corporate law (SAS) and international entity structures (Delaware Inc, UK Ltd, Singapore Pte, German GmbH)
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and e-signature platforms
• Exposure to procurement contract review and vendor onboarding
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
