Requirements
- Hands-on comfort working in data centers or with server hardware
- Disciplined and meticulous approach to checklists and safe work
- Practical electrical basics including power-off procedures and PPE
- Basic Linux skills for boot checks and logs
- Able to perform physical rack work including lifting and mounting
- Comfortable with 24/7 operations and rotating on-call emergency response
- Driver's licence (B) for travel between sites
