Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical health and safety experience in operational, industrial, construction or mission-critical environments
• Experience implementing safety programs, contractor controls, inspections, risk assessments, investigations and training
• Working knowledge of occupational safety regulations and high-risk work controls with ability to coordinate country-specific requirements
• Strong communication and influencing skills across technical teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders with fluent professional English
• Ability to work regularly on site and travel between data center locations with valid driving licence where required
• Recognized HSE qualification and familiarity with ISO 45001-based management systems (preferred)
• Data center, manufacturing, power infrastructure or complex construction experience (preferred)
• Experience with electrical safety, critical mechanical systems and commissioning in live facilities (preferred)
