Requirements

• Experience in field marketing, demand generation, regional marketing, or GTM within enterprise B2B technology
• Strong experience working across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and/or Taiwan
• Experience marketing to enterprise, regulated, or public sector audiences
• Experience creating high-touch executive programs such as roundtables and VIP briefings
• Strong understanding of account-based marketing for complex enterprise sales cycles
• Experience developing joint GTM or co-marketing programs with partners
• Strong commercial mindset connecting marketing to pipeline and business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior sales leaders, customers and executives
• Strong communicator and storyteller with senior audiences
• Highly adaptable across different cultures, markets and ways of doing business
• Hands-on operator comfortable moving between strategy and execution
• High ownership and low ego, comfortable creating structure from scratch
