Requirements
- Proficient across the stack with Node.js (Next.js/Express/Fastify) or Python (FastAPI)
- Confident with TypeScript + React/Next.js or similar
- 5+ years building and running production data-intensive pipelines with distributed processing and orchestration
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, agentic use cases, or LLM evaluation
- Works autonomously, owns outcomes from problem discovery to delivery
- Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and is fluent in English
- Ships incrementally with focus on time to value and product-technical tradeoffs
