• Built a learning, enablement, or capability function for a technical organization during rapid growth
• Can start as first dedicated owner and build team and operating model for several hundred people
• Technically fluent to work credibly with AI engineers, Product and Science and challenge material
• Designed programs across cohorts, regions and experience levels without generic training
• Lead cross-functional work across senior stakeholders, SMEs, managers and operational partners
• Make trade-offs between hiring demand, expert capacity and program quality
• Operated technical bootcamps or other cohort-based learning programs
• Experience with role-based curricula, assessments, global programs and learning platforms in AI/ML or complex technical field
