Requirements

• Strong project management skills from vision, strategy and roadmaps to execution
• Engineering academic background, ideally from a tier-1 engineering school
• Deep data architecture knowledge including pipelines, storage, transformation and metadata
• Hands-on experience designing architectures with APIs, workflows, BigQuery, DBT
• GenAI power user with vibe coding, automation and scalable product building experience
• Basic coding skills and software development experience
• Experience in finance technology assessment and system selection such as SAP S4H, Kyriba, Lago, Payflows
• Solid financial knowledge across FP&A, accounting, cash management and procurement
• Experience structuring IT systems and building and scaling teams in multicountry environments
• Proven ability to build tools and processes from scratch to support growth
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data quality, consistency and relevance
• Proficiency in prioritization and use of performance metrics to drive impact
