- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Experience in enterprise software, AI or deep-tech delivery or top-tier consulting
- Experience operating at global scale across EMEA, US and Asia-Pacific
- Hands-on experience automating workflows with LLMs and agents
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
