Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Deep knowledge of French labor laws, employment regulations, payroll and tax compliance
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms and automated payroll tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, builder mindset with ability to create scalable systems
• Clear communication skills for sensitive topics and vendor coordination
