Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, mostly in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience supporting multi-country populations in EMEA with French employment law knowledge
- Experience managing full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Proven ability to develop HR strategies supporting business goals with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with trusted relationship building
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on, builder mindset
