Requirements

• At least 8 years of HR experience with significant time in tech start-ups or high-growth companies
• Proven ability to build and manage L&D functions across multiple countries
• Strong background in implementing and managing Learning Management Systems
• Experience designing training programs for various teams and roles
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory
• Excellent communication, influence and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to adapt, work without clear structure and turn strategy into action
